Using EpinoiaEpinoia is a private, invite-only beta built and run by GOODGLYPH. By using it you agree to these terms. They are short and plain on purpose.
WHO CAN USE ITEpinoia is for people who were given the front-door password or a personal invite code. It is not open to the public. Do not share your access with people who were not invited, and treat a room's invite link as the key it is: share it only with the people meant to be in that room.
YOUR CONTENT IS YOURSEverything you write, draw, and share stays yours. We cannot read it (it is encrypted in your browser), and we claim no rights over it. You are responsible for what you put in a room and for having the right to share it.
USE IT DECENTLYDo not use Epinoia for anything illegal, for harassment, or to store or share content you have no right to. Do not attack the service, do not try to break into rooms you are not in, and do not test other people's rooms without their consent. Rooms are capped at three people by design; please do not try to defeat that.
NO WARRANTY, PLAINLYEpinoia is a beta, built by one person, with no outside security audit yet. It is provided "as is," with no guarantee that it will be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose. It is a web app, so you are ultimately trusting the code the server serves you. Do not use it for material whose exposure would put someone at risk. Read the `/security` page before you rely on it for anything sensitive.
ACCESS CAN CHANGE OR ENDBecause this is a beta, we may change it, pause it, revoke a person's access, rotate the credentials, or end it, at any time and without notice. Your `.md` exports are your way to keep a copy of anything you want to hold onto.
LIABILITYTo the fullest extent the law allows, GOODGLYPH is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, Epinoia, including lost data or lost access. Since we cannot read your content, we also cannot recover it for you if a room's key is lost. The invite link is the room; keep it safe, and export what matters.
GOVERNING LAWThese terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union. If any part of them is unenforceable, the rest still stands.
CHANGES AND CONTACTIf these terms change, the build tag below changes with them, and continuing to use Epinoia means you accept the update. Questions: email hello@epinoia.appwith "Epinoia" in the subject.
